Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services, purchases, and transactions made through Well Done 1 Homes LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) via www.welldone1kithomes.com or through direct agreements with clients and third-party contractors.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. General Refund Policy

All sales for services provided by Well Done 1 Homes LLC are final and non-refundable once work has commenced, including but not limited to:

• Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) framing systems (fabrication, engineering, design, and material procurement).
• Engineering services, permitting, and compliance documentation.
• Consultation fees, feasibility studies, and custom project planning.

Refunds are only considered if Well Done 1 Homes LLC has not begun work on the service(s) requested. Once any work has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Third-Party Payments & Contractor Agreements

If a client enters into an agreement with a third-party contractor, supplier, lender, or construction service provider and that third party subsequently pays Well Done 1 Homes LLC for any services, the following terms apply:

• Once any work has begun on the framing system, engineering, shop drawings or any service provided by Well Done 1 Homes LLC, the payment received from the third party is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• If the client and third party terminate their contract for any reason, Well Done 1 Homes LLC is not responsible or liable for any refunds.
• Well Done 1 Homes LLC does not and will not issue refunds to the client or the third party, regardless of any dispute between them.
• Any payment disputes between the client and the third party are strictly between those parties and do not involve Well Done 1 Homes LLC in any capacity.
• Well Done 1 Homes LLC is not required to refund any monies paid by a third party to us unless explicitly agreed upon in writing before payment is made.

By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge that Well Done 1 Homes LLC is not responsible for any contractual disagreements, cancellations, or payment disputes between a client and any third-party contractor.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services before work begins by submitting a written cancellation request to Well Done 1 Homes LLC. If no work has started, a partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion, minus any administrative or processing fees.

If work has already commenced, the following applies:

• No refunds will be issued.
• Any deposits paid are forfeited and non-refundable.
• Clients remain responsible for any outstanding balance for work completed up to the date of cancellation.

If a client fails to provide required information (e.g., site plans, permits, or approvals) in a timely manner, Well Done 1 Homes LLC reserves the right to cancel the project with no refund.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are strictly non-refundable once incurred:
✅ Engineering & Design Fees – Once engineering or design work begins, refunds will not be issued.
✅ Fabrication Costs – If material procurement or framing system fabrication has started, no refunds will be granted.
✅ Permit Application Fees – If Well Done 1 Homes LLC submits documents to a permitting authority, the associated fees are non-refundable.
✅ Administrative & Processing Fees – Any initial consultation fees or administrative costs related to project setup are not refundable.

5. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

Well Done 1 Homes LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional costs caused by:

• Natural disasters, extreme weather, or supply chain disruptions.
• Government regulations, permit delays, or changes in building codes.
• Labor strikes, material shortages, or contractor availability issues.

If a force majeure event prevents Well Done 1 Homes LLC from completing a project, refunds are not guaranteed but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes regarding this Refund & Cancellation Policy must be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
• Well Done 1 Homes LLC is not liable for third-party payment disputes and will not be named in legal proceedings involving disputes between a client and a third-party contractor.
• Clients waive the right to file a class-action lawsuit against Well Done 1 Homes LLC regarding payment disputes or cancellations.

7. Changes to This Policy

Well Done 1 Homes LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. This policy applies to any or websites and LLC associated with Well done 1 Homes LLC
