  2. Feasibility Report – $1,295
    Includes basic zoning and planning research to determine what can and cannot be done on the land, plus estimated construction costs based on location and use.
    Great for raw land or unknown property limits.

  3. Site Plan + Feasibility + Prelim Plan – $3,495
    Includes a complete site plan, feasibility report, and preliminary design drawings.
    Helps visualize placement, layout, and zoning approval potential.

  4. Feasibility + Site Plan + Prelim Plan + Site Walk – $4,495
    Everything in Package 3 PLUS a physical or virtual site walk.
    Great for confirming terrain, slope, access, and on-site details. ⚠️ May vary in price depending on location.

  5. Feasibility + Site Plan + Prelim Plan + Renders (No Video) – $5,495
    Includes:
    Full feasibility analysis
    Site plan
    Preliminary plan
    3D renders with customer-selected colors/finishes
    Site walk
    Customer must provide material selections and a clear site photo.

  6. Feasibility + Site Plan + Prelim Plan + Renders + Walkthrough Video – $6,495
    Includes everything in Package 5 PLUS a 30-second to 1-minute walkthrough animation.
    Customer must provide material selections and a clear site photo.
